1. Shopping with Us
Products can be ordered online, via this web shop, or by telephone on 01908 314 300.

1.1 Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. In the uncommon circumstance that an order is refused, we cannot be held liable. Below is a list of reasons why an order may be refused: 
If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1.2 International Customers
International customers (customers who want delivery outside of the UK) must contact us before purchasing, so we are able to calculate an accurate delivery cost.

2. Description and Pricing
We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and prices for the products displayed on this website, however we do not warrant complete accuracy of the content. We reserve the right to modify, edit and update information on this website without any prior notice. If you do find an error or omission, please contact us immediately before purchasing.

Images are for illustration purposes only, unless otherwise stated.

Price are consistently checked for accuracy, but errors may occur. In the occurrence of an incorrectly priced order, we will contact you with the details provided and allow you to purchase the product for the correct price, or cancel the order for a full refund. 

3. Stock Listings
We can not always guarantee that items listed on the website are in physical stock, due to the busy store-front nature of the business. In the event that we cannot get your purchased item to you within the stated time, we will make contact and endeavour to get the best possible solution which best suits your needs.

4. Internal Quality Control
We pride ourselves on our stringent and efficient quality control process. Every instrument that comes into the store is checked, tested and played - by a musician - to ensure that there are no functional of aesthetic defects. We do not send 'stock' items to you directly from the factory.

5. Delivery
The large majority of items available to purchase in our online shop are 'stock' items. This generally allows us to get them to you within 1-2 working days after payment has cleared.

We endeavour to deliver 'non-stock' items within 3-6 days, and will contact you with an estimated delivery date after an initial check with our distributors if requested.

5.1 Remote Area Delivery
Delivery to remote areas (Non-Mainland UK addresses) generally takes 1-2 working days, but can take up to 5 working days.  Weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered 'working days' in regards to our delivery service, and as such we will dispatch items on the following working day.

5.2 International Delivery
Delivery outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility wherever they apply. It is your obligation to be aware of said import taxes, as they are not calculated by us in your final order total.

6. Receiving your goods
When signing for your delivered goods, please make sure to sign as 'unchecked'. This helps in the event of a product becoming damaged in transit, and allows us to make a claim against the delivery company and rectify the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We must be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery, and the damaged goods returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

7. Exchanges of unwanted items
Items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they returned in as-new condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging. 
Unwanted items can be exchanged for a similar item within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in as-new condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging.

For products where hygiene can be an issue (earplugs, harmonicas and microphones for example) can only be returned if the original packaging is sealed and unopened.

8. Transit
In the event of a return, we are not liable for any items lost in transit. It is your obligation to use insured and/or tracked postage methods when returning items.

We cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.
